January 16 - US- headquartered equipment manufacturer Terex Corporation has announced a reshuffle in its senior management team.

Kevin Bradley, currently president of Terex Cranes, will become senior vice president and cfo of Terex Corporation.

Tim Ford, president of Terex Aerial Work Platforms will become president, Terex Cranes, effective immediately.

Steve Filipov, currently president developing markets and strategic accounts at Terex Corporation, will be appointed president Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions, with immediate effect. Filipov will also assume the position of coo of Demag Cranes, as the subsidiary is incorporated under the Terex brand.

Aloysius Rauen will continue in his role as ceo of Demag Cranes but will resign this position during the course of 2013 when the integration of the Demag into Terex Group is more advanced. Upon his resignation, Filipov will take on the role of ceo at Demag Cranes.

Current president of Terex Construction, George Ellis, will continue in this role but will assume responsibility for the Company's India operations.

Matt Fearon, vice president and general manager of AWP Americas, will transition into the role of president, Terex AWP effective immediately.
