September 12 - Saudia Cargo is set to increase freighter capacity on a number of routes across its global network.

The revised schedule will see the introduction of Saudia Cargo's first scheduled freighter services from the UK to Saudi Arabia, with two new flights per week from Manston.

In addition, the cargo airline will add extra flights to its scheduled freighter service network: one additional flight per week from Guangzhou to Brussels, bringing the weekly total to three; one additional flight per week from Dhaka to Brussels, bringing the weekly total to five; and two additional flights per week from Nairobi to Amsterdam, resulting in a daily service.

B747-400Fs will be utilised on the Dhaka-Brussels route, and will also replace all MD-11Fs on the Nairobi-Amsterdam route.
