June 30 - Vladislav Vladimirovich Zhukov has been named managing director of Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg (SPSP), part of Universal Cargo Logistics (UCL) Holding, effective July 1, 2017.
Zhukov will succeed Pavel Oleynik, who has been appointed director of stevedoring operations, UCL Holding.
Prior to his appointment, Zhukov served as senior manager of industrial and transportation assets, and managing director of EVRAZ Sea Commercial Port of Nakhoda.
