Sakharov steps up at Fesco 

Russia’s Fesco Transport Group has appointed Maxim Sakharov as president.

Sakharov, who joined Fesco in 2005, currently serves as vice president of finance. He will succeed Alexander Isurin who is leaving the company. 

Leonid Zvyagintsev, head of corporate finance, has been named vice president of finance. He has been working in the group since 2007.
