January 20 - The Project Cargo Network (PCN) now has three members in Brazil following the addition of B&M Log
Headquartered in Itajai, B&M Logística was established in 1999 and now employs 41 staff members across four offices in Brazil which include Itajai, Sao Paulo, Rio De Janeiro and Curitiba.
B&M Logística explains that it has developed a specific niche in the project and heavy lift sector. With project and heavy lift business set to grow significantly for B&M Logística with large contracts recently won, it has taken steps to incorporate and invest in its new official sub-division 'B&M Projects' which will allow it to expand and solely concentrate on its developed niche.
Sales director Alexandre Bini said on joining PCN: "We have always worked with project cargo (boats, yachts, aircrafts, etc), but now we are investing money in people and marketing to upgrade the department. We have recently signed a contract with a large multinational company to move all of its projects in 2012, we need strong partners which is where PCN Members can assist us, we look forward to working with our new partners worldwide".
PCN's other members in Brazil are: Cargofast Logistics do Brasil Ltda and Double Star Logistics do Brasil Ltda.
