May 9 - Dutch marine contractor Royal Boskalis Westminster held its annual general meeting on May 8, 2013.
During the AGM, Boskalis re-appointed M. Niggebrugge as a member of its supervisory board for a four-year period.
Following the acquisition of semi-submersible shipping specialist Dockwise, the Boskalis supervisory board has increased the number management board members from four to five. Andre Goedee joined the Boskalis management board effective May 8, 2013 for a one-year period. Goedee has served as the ceo of Dockwise since 2003.
