July 27 - Cargolux today announced that Frank Reimen has tendered his resignation as President and CEO following his appointment as High Commissioner for National Protection by the Luxembourg Government.
The appontment will be effective from August 1, 2012 and the Board of Directors at Cargolux will be appointing an interim ceo while an executive search for Reimen's replacement has been initiated.
Reimen had been closely involved with Cargolux since his nomination in 2004 as Government Advisor with responsibility for the aviation and railway sectors. He became a director in November 2009 prior to taking the position of president and ceo in January 2011.
