August 26 - Deltamarin has established a subsidiary - Deltamarin Floating Construction - to focus on delivering engineering, procurement, construction and installation solutions for the marine and offshore industry on turnkey basis.
Deltamarin Floating Construction combines the know-how and expertise of Deltamarin in development and engineering of specialised ships and offshore structures, together with the contract management and project financing offered by AVIC Group which Deltamarin is part of.
Rami Hirsimäki, who has been working at Deltamarin since 2001 in various management positions, has been appointed to head up the new EPC-focused subsidiary.
