dship ups newbuild order

dship Carriers has decided to place an order for a further two F-500 Eco Trader multipurpose ships with Taizhou Sanfu Shipbuilding.

In total, four F-500 vessels will join dship’s fleet over the course of next year. The first two vessels are scheduled for delivery in January and March, with the second two units joining the fleet in the latter half of 2019.

“We are very much looking forward to the delivery of all four F-500s, which will help us to reach our goals in regards to a stable market presence,” said Lars Feller, global vice president of dship Carriers.

Each multipurpose F-500 vessel boasts a lifting capacity of 500 tonnes and has been designed to reduce fuel consumption while increasing stowage flexibility.
