Geodis in Italian reorganisation

July 24 - Geodis and AF Logistics have signed an agreement on the disposal of Z

The partnership is a result of Geodis' aims to strengthen the group's groupage and express network in France, as well as to develop its business in Europe through top-quality partnerships.

Geodis will continue to develop its freight forwarding, contract logistics and road freight activities through its Geodis Wilson, Geodis Logistics and Geodis BM divisions.

Under the agreement, Ferrari Group subsidiary AF Logistics will take over all the employees and operating sites of Züst Ambrosetti, while maintaining its brand.

Züst Ambrosetti will continue to handle current transport to and from Geodis Logistics' warehouses in Italy.

Züst Ambrosetti was acquired by Geodis at the end of the 1990s.
