Huisman changes leaders

Roodenburg said: "Since 1981 Huisman is a family business. I have taken over from my father and it is my dream that my children will take over the company in time. I have reached the age of 65 and I feel that it is time to further pave the way for the next generation by stepping aside and entering a role focused on innovation and technology".

André Meijer previously held the position of managing director of Imtech Marine.

Huisman operates globally and has extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of heavy construction equipment for on and offshore companies.
