Leo Kirchner will assume the role of president and ceo at Thomas Miller Americas when Mike Jarrett retires at the end of February 2020.
Kirchner will retain his post as regional director for the Americas at insurance and risk management service provider TT Club. Supporting him in his broader role will be TT Club senior underwriter, Graeme Sassarini, who will be promoted to regional underwriting manager for TT Club from January 1, 2020.
