Mejia on board at Dan-Gulf

September 28 - Dan-Gulf Shipping, which is based in New Orleans, USA, has appointed Alberto Mejia as vice president in the company's liner department.

Mejia joins Dan-Gulf from Intermarine, where he most recently served as commercial manager for the company's north coast South America services.

At Dan-Gulf he will be responsible for overseeing the management and development of the Caytrans BBC service operating between the US Gulf and north coast of South America, the Caribbean and Central America.

Lines represented by Dan-Gulf include: Caytrans BBC; Caymar Limited and Caytrans Project Services (Americas).
