M&M in Serbian JV

Militzer & Münch Group (M&M) has formed a joint venture in Serbia with Invictus System Transport & Logistics.

The joint venture – M&M Militzer & Münch Transport & Logistics – will be led by Filip Simovic, who takes on the role of managing director. He was previously responsible for the transport operations of Invictus

Sacho Todorov will represent M&M in the joint venture, continuing in his role as regional managing director, Southeast Europe.

According M&M and Invictus, they aim to turn the joint venture into a leading forwarder in Serbia within the next two years. “In Serbia, we will first of all focus on road transports,” said Simovic. “Our services will comprise mainly export, import and Customs clearance.

“In the near future, we are going to expand our portfolio, adding airfreight and sea freight, warehousing, intermodal traffics and project transports.”

M&M added that the establishment of the joint venture expands its network in the Balkans. The existing M&M locations in this region are Greece, Bulgaria and Romania.
