Noatum closes MIQ takeover 

Noatum Logistics has completed the acquisition of USA-based MIQ Logistics. 

Noatum Logistics, a division of Noatum Maritime, signed a definitive agreement to acquire USA-based MIQ Logistics for an undisclosed amount last month, as HLPFI reported here

With the purchase, Noatum Maritime now has a presence in 26 countries.
