Larsen, currently chairman of the DSV board, has also been appointed to the same position at Panalpina. Andersen (DSV’s ceo) and Lund (cfo) were named as members of the compensation committee.

All current members of the board of directors will resign following the settlement of DSV’s takeover of Panalpina, which is expected to take place around August 19, 2019.

The extraordinary general meeting also approved the proposed amendments of the articles of association, mainly consisting of the repeal of the share transfer and voting rights restrictions.
