PSA acquires Penn Terminals

PSA International has acquired Penn Terminals, located on the Delaware River in the USA, from Macquarie Infrastructure Partners.

The multipurpose terminal handles containers, perishables, steel, pipes and forestry products in addition to breakbulk and project cargoes.

The acquisition represents PSA’s first foray in the US market. In North America, the Singapore-headquartered port operator owns Ashcroft Terminal and Halterm Container Terminal in Canada.
