New sales strategist onboard at Beluga

March 11 - Beluga Shipping's ongoing restructuring continues apace and the heavy lift shipping specialist has announced the appointment of a new global chief sales officer, Joerg Roehl.

Beluga says that the foremost goal is to strengthen the market position of Beluga and that the company's customer service and sales organisation shall be improved in particular.

Roehl  joins a new management team following last week shock departure of founder Niels Stolbergon a 'leave of absence' and several other senior managers and the move of chief restructuring officer, Roger Iliffe, to the position of Interim ceo, jointly leading Beluga with Michael Maynard as interim finance director.
