NYK-Hinode and NYK Global Bulk to merge

Hinode and NGB will join forces in order to "improve efficiencies and service quality and to make use of the NYK Group's synergy to grow beyond the bounds of the existing business models for the two companies," said a NYK statement.

The merger of the two organisations is expected to begin October 2013.
