RWG goes for Gold in Vietnamese merger

Red Wolf Global (RWG) has merged its Vietnamese operations with Gold Line Company, a non-asset based international logistics firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Jan Frank will remain the country director for RWG's operations in Vietnam, while the former managing director of Gold Line, Truong Uyen Lien, will take on the role of business development manager.

"Combining the talents and experience and clientele of both companies as well as the name and reach of RWG will create some unique opportunities," said Frank.

As part of the merger RWG has moved its operations from Binh Thanh District in Ho Chi Minh City to District 4, closer to the Vietnamese Customs House and several of the major ports.

The merger only involves RWG's operations in Vietnam; the company's entities in Thailand, the Philippines and the USA are not effected.
