September 7 - As part of CCNI's growth strategy aimed at enhancing its presence within the Mexican Gulf and East coast of South America, the shipping line has launched its Bragus Service, with the first sailing departing from Houston earlier this month.

The new service, which offers monthly sailings, specialises in transporting bulk and project cargoes and utilises vessels with a 12,000 dwt capacity and cranes capable of lifting heavy loads up to 180 tonnes.

As a tramp service it will cover the ports of Houston (USA), Praia Mole (Brazil), Vitoria (Brazil), Rio Janeiro (Brazil), Piacaguera (Brazil), Santos (Brazil), Barranquilla (Colombia) and Altamira (Mexico).

A spokesman for the line said it confirms CCNI´S interest in continuing to widen its presence in diverse markets, generating quality alternatives in benefit of our clients.
