Hansa opens in Monaco

September 16 - Hansa Heavy Lift has opened a regional office in Monaco, which will serve southern European customers in France, Italy and Spain.

Hansa's Walter Prosetti, head of south Europe, is managing the new office.

"Monaco is in a strategic location which is perfectly positioned to serve South Europe in conjunction with our EMEA headquarters in Hamburg," said Joerg Roehl, the heavy lift shipping line's chief commercial officer and managing director.

Prosetti added: "I am delighted to be heading up this new office at such an exciting time for the heavy lift market in southern Europe, whereby it is extremely important to be close to our customers and speaking the local language."
