CLdN has christened its shortsea ro-ro vessel Celine at Dublin Port in the Republic of Ireland.

The 235 m-long vessel, with a capacity of 8,000 lane-metres, was constructed at South Korea's Hyundai Mipo Shipyard.

Celine is the newest vessel to join CLdN's network, which specialises in shortsea ro-ro cargo delivery. The Luxembourg-based shipping line took delivery of a second 8,000 lane-metre vessel, Delphine, in January 2018 as part of the company's strategy to expand its fleet and operations in Europe.

CLdN currently operates 25 ro-ro vessels, offering more than 135 weekly sailings between ports in Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK.
