Happe moves from Maersk to GE 

Carolina Dybeck Happe has stepped down as A.P. Møller – Mærsk’s chief finance officer. 

Happe joined Mærsk in January 2019 and is leaving the company to join General Electric (GE) as its senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective in early 2020. 

In her new role, she will lead GE’s global finance organisation and financial activities including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, internal audit, and treasury. Based in Boston, she will also head up GE’s digital technology and global operations functions.
