Kässbohrer is showcasing its range of lowbed trailers at the bauma 2019 exhibition, which takes place between April 8-14 in Munich.

The manufacturer’s range of products for heavy haulage operations include extendable and non-extendable lowbeds; vehicles with hydraulic steering; a low-loader range; as well as a heavy-duty extendable truck carrier dubbed the Flex-Carrier; and flatbed platforms.

Kässbohrer’s low-loader series includes units with two and three-axles equipped with hydro-pneumatic suspension, hydraulic-steering, remote steering and auto-alignment options. Heavy cargoes up to 3.7 m in height can be transported.

The company’s extendable and non-extendable lowbed series benefit from a range of options including side extension brackets, seven different rear ramp options, advanced load safety features and multiple self-steering axle options. Two pairs of wheel recesses and an excavator arm recess can be attached to the chassis for the transportation of construction machinery such as backhoe loaders, dumpers and harvesters.

The company’s extendable flatbed platform semi-trailer series – K.SPA M and K.SPA X – can haul heavy, long, flat and bulky goods thanks to their extendable and flat chassis, variable container positioning combinations and different load safety options.
