The port of Long Beach has appointed Marlene Dupras as the harbour department's director of project controls.
Dupras began her career with the port in 2001 when she joined the construction management division as a civil engineer and managed the construction of various projects, including the early phases of the Middle Harbor Terminal Redevelopment.
The project controls division helps manage and oversee the scope, schedule and budget for the port's capital improvement projects.
