Mediaco acquires AltéAd assets

French crane rental company Mediaco has acquired the lifting business units of AltéAd, which went into administration during May.

The acquisition was proposed in cooperation with the Capelle Group, which will take over AltéAd’s transport division.

Through the acquisition, Mediaco will gain 190 cranes, 530 employees and 15 agencies across France.
