Rhenus snaps up Rodair Group

Rhenus Group has acquired Canadia-based logistics solutions provider Rodair.

Toronto-headquartered Rodair Group also has offices in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. The group specialises in international freight forwarding, project logistics, courier, warehousing and distribution, 3PL services and e-commerce solutions.

“The acquisition of Rodair Group marks an important step for Rhenus in establishing a network in Canada. Rodair’s entrepreneurial and family oriented history and conviction to the same values will make an important contribution to the ongoing growth of the Rhenus Group,” said Jörn Schmersahl, ceo air and ocean Americas, Rhenus Group.

The acquisition is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
