Royal Boskalis Westminster’s heavy lift vessel Black Marlin has arrived at the port of Rotterdam to offload 18 Concordia Damen hulls and a crane barge.
The semi-submersible vessel departed Shanghai, China in June, as HLPFI reported here. The ship will now submerge at Dolphins 90 and 91 at Maasvlakte 2 in the port of Rotterdam to offload the units.
The hulls will be towed to Waalhaven and lifted using three floating sheerleg cranes from Bonn en Mees.
The crane barge will be delivered to Damen Shipyards Gorinchem.
