Express Global Logistics (EXG) transported a 70-ton (63.5-tonne) vaporiser, plus accessories, in India.

The vaporiser, measuring 23 m x 4.22 m x 4. 2m, was moved from Vadodara in Gujarat to Mumbai port.

EXG said the project involved many challenges including restrictions of lashing points on the trailer. Engineers from EXG suggested that additional lashing points were attached to ensure the cargo was safely secured during road transportation.

At the port, EXG also had to pack the unit and accessories ahead of the ocean voyage.

EXG is a member of the Worldwide Project Consortium (WWPC) in India.
