Lovemore steps up for steel move

South Africa’s Lovemore Bros has utilised its MultiMAX 2+6-axle stepdeck trailer from Faymonville to move a steel structure.

The load weighed 49 tons (44.5 tonnes) and measured 21 m long and 4.5 m wide.

According to Faymonville, the MultiMAX trailer is ideally suited to Lovemore Bros’ abnormal transportation department; the loading platform can be extended to a maximum length of 32.5 m, while the two-axle bogie in the front is hydraulically connected to the gooseneck to ensure optimum load distribution.
