May 7 - CEA Project Logistics - a Project Cargo Network (PCN) member representing Myanmar and Thailand - recently handled the road transportation of a camouflaged monopole antenna in Myanmar.

Three tower sections, with a combined length of 30 m, were transported via road to Mandalay and were erected using a large crane with the sections being lifted into place in a concertina method.

Earl Brown, marketing and communications manager at CEA Project Logistics, sad the antenna is designed to look like a pine tree and blend in with the local surroundings: "As Myanmar's telecommunications industry expands, more of these types of monopole towers will be erected to meet the growing needs of the country's population."
