Groupe Cayon takes Cometto delivery

France-based Groupe Cayon has taken delivery of four self-propelled MSPE modules from Cometto.

The order for 20 axle lines included two six-axle MSPE modules, two four-axle MSPE modules, two power packs with an output of 129 kW each, as well as side-by-side coupling accessories.

The modules feature a capacity of 48 tonnes per axle line.

The modular design of the transporters enables Groupe Cayon to form lifting platforms capable of transporting cargoes of varying dimensions and shapes. According to Cometto, Groupe Cayon will use the MSPE modules coupled side-by-side to transport wider loads.

The MSPE series is available with a payload of 40-70 tonnes per axle line.
