New regional manager for Kuehne + Nagel in NW Europe

August 25 - Effective October 1, 2011, Yngve Ruud will become the new regional manager North West Europe for Kuehne + Nagel, succeeding Tim Scharwath, who will become a member of the Management Board of Kuehne + Nagel International AG from September 1, 20

Yngve Ruud successfully built up Kuehne + Nagel's Norwegian organisation during the last 16 years, after his own company was merged with Kuehne + Nagel Norway in 1995.

"We are very pleased to announce an internal candidate as our new regional manager of North West Europe," saidReinhard Lange, CEO of Kuehne + Nagel International AG. "I am sure, that under the leadership of Yngve Ruud the regional team will continue the successful development of this important 
region."

Kuehne + Nagel's North West European network spans around 120 locations in six countries including Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, with its headquarters in the UK.
