PCN grows in new territories

June 1 - The Project Cargo Network has broken ground in two new territories and expanded in an existing territory as it grows its global reach.

The network's first members in Austria and Kazakhstan have joined as the network has doubled its membership in Panama as a second company joins the network.

Vienna-based TransOcean Shipping Transportagentur GmbH (TOS) is a six-year old project cargo forwarder that has a network of offices in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.

Peter Czajkowski of TransOcean Shipping said: "Project Cargo services have been an important part since the start of TOS."

A recent shipment handled by TOS includes a 158 tonne tank movement from Antwerp via Milwaukee to Sasketchewan.
