Seko acquires GoodShip

Seko Logistics has purchased Chicago-based freight forwarder and Customs brokerage, GoodShip International.

The acquisition will enable Seko to provide enhanced Customs brokerage and compliance services to international shippers, according to the company.

Goodship, which offers heavy and oversize cargo shipments, focusses on transpacific, eastbound cargo movements.
