Silvasti completes Tellenes transport

August 14 - Finland-based Silvasti has transported over 1,000 pieces of wind energy equipment to the Tellenes wind farm in Egersund, Norway.

The completion of the project, which lasted eight months, marks the largest wind power project for the company in Norway.

The Tellenes wind farm consists of 50 turbines and construction is expected to be complete later this year. 

Silvasti, which is a member of the Cargo Equipment Experts (CEE) in Finland, recently established an office in Hellvik, Norway and provides heavy haulage services in the Nordic countries, as well as in Europe, the Baltic States and Russia.
