September 22 - Volga-Dnepr Airlines delivered four Mangust patrol boats built at the Vympel Shipyard in Rybinsk to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk in the Far East of Russia, on board two AN-124 freighter flights.

The boats were loaded onto the aircraft at Tunoshna Airport near Yaroslavl using a ramp, rail system and a crane. Each boat measured 19 m long and weighed 32 tonnes.
