December 19 - US-based high-performance rope manufacturer Samson has started a major expansion project at its Ferndale, Washington manufacturing facility and corporate offices.
The new space will be used to house a central research and development centre, as well as provide additional lab and manufacturing space.
The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2013.
