June 29 - Associated British Ports (ABP) has appointed Phil Nolan as non-executive chairman effective July 4, succeeding Robert Walvis who retired in February.
Nolan is also currently non-executive chairman of Ulster Bank Ireland, John Laing Group, and Affinity Water.
