August 3 - US-based BDP International, a privately-owned global logistics company, has acquired the UK forwarder Rostrum Forwarding Ltd but declined to reveal the terms of the transaction.
The company's name will be changed to BDP International and will continue to operate under the leadership of Rostrum's managing director, Bruce Pope.
A company statement suggested BDP International in the UK will offer the same extensive range of transportation and logistics services that its other global operations offer, including project and energy logistics services.
