June 22 - Blue Water Shipping has acquired Norwegian transport company Partner Solution.
Through the acquisition of Partner Solution, Blue Water Shipping will increase its number of employees in Norway to 60.
Lars Ophus, founder of Partner Solution, will be responsible for Blue Water's air and sea freight activities in Norway, as well as the offices in Bergen and Stavanger.
Blue Water says that the Norwegian buy is part of the company's objective to strengthen its position in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland through organic growth and acquisitions.
