October 21 - Clearlake Capital Group has completed its acquisition of crane rental and lifting solutions provider AmQuip.

Founded in 1967, AmQuip operates approximately 500 owned units with lifting capacities ranging from 6 to 716 tonnes.

In addition to Bove, founding partner of Clearlake, José Feliciano, will join the company's board of directors, along with Arta Tabaee and Colin Leonard of Clearlake.
