October 31 - Following the successful launch on October 7, 2012 of the 275 m Dockwise Vanguard, the vessel has now been towed out of the dock to a quayside berth where commissioning work will continue.
This work will be completed in November in preparation for sea trials of the new 117,000 dwt vessel at the start of December, soon after the official naming ceremony takes place on 30 November at Ulsan, South Korea.
The day prior to the ceremony, Dockwise will host its 'Changing the Game' seminar exploring a new era of possibilities for marine transport, installation and maintenance of floating production structures.
