Laso Transportes has begun the second phase of component deliveries for the Alecrim-Urze wind farm in Paúl da Serra, on the island of Madeira.
As HLPFI reported here, Laso has been tasked with the movement of 12 wind turbine blades and four transformers. The first phase of the project saw the components move from Porto Caniçal to Ribeira Brava.
Laso will now transport the cargoes to the project site across 16 shipments.
According to Laso, the second phase of the project is expected to last until the end of April.
