Logistics Plus has delivered a 325,000-lb (147.4-tonne) transformer to a wind farm in Georgia, USA.
The transformer, which measured 28 ft x 12 ft x 15 ft (8.5 m x 3.66 m x 4.57 m), was transported via rail, then unloaded on to a hydraulic platform trailer, before being hauled to the final placement site.
The move took 25 days from pickup to final placement.
