Changes to K+N board of directors

David Kamenetzky, chief strategy and external affairs officer and member of the executive board of management at consumer goods company Anheuser-Busch Inbev, has been proposed for election to the board of directors of Kuehne + Nagel (K+N).

Jürgen Fitschen and Hans Lerch, meanwhile, who have served on the K+N board for 11 and 14 years respectively, will not stand for re-election at the company's annual general meeting in May 2019.
