July 23 - Allard Castelein will become the new chief executive of the Port of Rotterdam Authority, effective January 1, 2014.
Castelein is the current vice president environmental at Royal Dutch Shell. He will succeed Hans Smits, who will leave the Port Authority at the end of December after serving in the role for nine years.
