December 8 - The new year will see some changes for Hansa Meyer, with HEGO Partner Holding being renamed into Hansa Meyer Global Holding within the framework of a single brand strategy.

Sales in Germany will be reinforced and the company's service portfolio in the field of turnkey logistics and high and heavy transport will be extended in order to better serve customers in the European market.

Hansa Meyer's core competencies in Germany will be based in Bremen and Dusseldorf, with Susanne Preussner and Henrique Wohltmann together taking over freight forwarding management in Germany at the turn of the year.

Jürn Schmidt will become the sole managing director of Hansa Meyer Global Transport in January 2015; while Jörg Knehe, as a managing shareholder, and Jürn Schmidt, as a managing director, will continue to be responsible for the management of Hansa Meyer Global Holding (previously HEGO Partner Holding).
