ALS in tank transport

ALS in Germany has coordinated the transport of three large brewery tanks from the port of Immingham in the UK.

Each tank was loaded onto cradles and was delivered by road to the Heineken factory in Manchester.

One of the tanks measured 15.2 m x 4 m x 3.9 m and weighed 9 tonnes, while the remaining two units weighed 6.2 tonnes and measured approximately 7.6 m x 4.7 m x 4.7 m.

ALS was also responsible for arranging the necessary escorts and permits.
